Today, I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!!!  I love this holiday because I think it's a great time to show the people that we love how much we appreciate them.  The funny thing is we should do this more often and not just for one day.  So, I would like to thank my husband and kids for being really good people and always supporting each other in everything we do!!!  I also have a great group of family members that I think are pretty awesome too.  Have a great Thanksgiving and thank you for reading!!!  Here is a great recipe!!!

October 2011

 For this month I would like to try to share different ideas that are out there for Halloween.  We all have our own way of decorating for Halloween.  Some of us do things very elaborate and over the top and some of us keep it simple.  Hopefully,  you will use some of the ideas and mix them up to make your own special decorations.  Here are some really cute pumpkin creatures that are on the Martha Stewart website.  They are all different and some of them light up and really are amazing.  Enjoy!!!

New for today!!!

This has been a really hectic week.  It started with my youngest daughter Emily having a seizure.  She does have epilepsy but the seizure was triggered by a fever.  The seizure didn't stop with the medicine so she had to go to the hospital.  Then she has a couple more small seizure and we ended up having to stay at CHOP.  The people at CHOP are awesome!!!  She is finally getting better but this week has been rough.

These week I haven't had a lot of time to make anything new but I do have some ideas brewing.  I also have a lot of orders that I am working on.  The Etsy shop has been doing well and so has my website this week.  In this business it's either feast or famine.  I try hard to do the orders as soon as I get them so that if anything unexpected happens they are ready to go.  I am working on some new items for Christmas.  Hopefully, over the weekend I will be able to get them done.
